The Curaçao September Deadline Is Here - What CCTV Games Venues Have Had to File This Month
Every Curaçao B2C licensee that touches crypto had until September 2026 to file a crypto compliance policy with the CGA. That covers Stake, Shuffle, Roobet and every other venue distributing 155.io games. This is what had to be on the portal, and what the December and June 2027 milestones look like next.

Every Curaçao B2C licensee that touches crypto was on a three-month clock from June 2026. The clock ran out this month. As of September 2026 the Curaçao Gaming Authority expects a filed crypto compliance policy on its portal from every operator that accepts a digital asset anywhere in the deposit, wager, or withdrawal flow. That covers most of the venues hosting CCTV Games.
The CGA published its Crypto Policy Guideline in June 2026 as an 11-page document, and gave B2C licensees roughly three months to submit a crypto policy plus an adaptation roadmap. December brings the next hurdle, June 2027 is full compliance.
What had to be on the portal by this month
Every filing has to lay out how the operator will get to full compliance by June 2027. That means a documented plan for wallet screening at deposit and withdrawal, third-party VASP due diligence, wallet segregation between player, operational and treasury funds, and blockchain analytics tooling. Chainalysis, Elliptic and TRM Labs are the tools the CGA explicitly recommends, per the public summaries of the guideline. Miss the September filing and, per the CGA's own timetable, the licence is at risk.
Immediate prohibitions were already live
Three bans took effect the day the guideline was published. Operators cannot act as an exchange, custodian or virtual asset service provider. Sanctioned wallets and mixer- or tumbler-linked funds are off the table. Personal and ultimate-beneficial-owner wallets can no longer be used for gambling operations. Anything wrapped or bridged now needs independent origin verification. Fiat-backed stablecoins are the preferred asset. Privacy coins and meme tokens get individual risk assessment.
Why this touches CCTV Games directly
CCTV Games launched into a Curaçao-dominant venue mix. Stake on its .com side, Shuffle and Roobet are the three flagship 155.io distribution partners named at launch, with MetaWin and Chips.gg joining later. None of the CCTV Games venues we track run under an MGA or UKGC licence for the crypto-side product. The recent worldwide review is blunt about it: no major tier-one regulator licenses crypto-primary casinos, and the sector runs largely on Curaçao and Anjouan.
That is why a September 2026 CGA milestone is a category-wide milestone. If a venue that hosts Rush Hour, Duck River or Snow Run cannot show a filed crypto policy this month, the game does not disappear tomorrow, but the operator's ability to keep offering it under the same licence starts to look fragile before June 2027.
The market context
On-chain gambling volume held at USD 14 billion in Q1 2026, per TRM Labs, just shy of Q4 2025's USD 15 billion record and more than five times the Q1 2021 figure. The CGA is regulating into a sector that has grown, not one that is retreating. Anjouan is the fastest-growing lighter-touch alternative, per Track360's licensing tracker, and some operators may quietly shift dual-licensed brands, but Curaçao is where CCTV Games sit today.
What to watch next
December 2026 is the next enforcement point: risk assessments, VASP due diligence, wallet-ownership controls and staff training all have to be in place. June 2027 is the wall: full wallet segregation, live blockchain analytics, withdrawal-address whitelisting or equivalent, and audit-ready records. The venues that get through cleanly will be the venues distributing 155.io games in 2028. The rest will be looking for a second licence, an acquisition, or an exit.
